The Down Syndrome Support Association of Southern Indiana (DSSASI) is committed to improving the quality of life for those with Down syndrome by providing information support to parents and increasing public understanding of Down syndrome through education, awareness and advocacy.

DSSASI serves families, professionals and other concerned individuals from Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Orange, Perry, Scott, and Washington counties in Indiana.

Parent Support

Trained volunteers are available to provide ongoing information and support to parents of newly-diagnosed infants of Down syndrome or with pre-natal diagnosis.

Monthly Meetings

Informal meetings offer parents the opportunity to share information, resources and experiences. Several meetings feature speakers who address topics related to Down syndrome.

Newsletter

A newsletter is published to keep members informed of meetings and information concerning Down syndrome.
